Bike catalogue

Add bikes with a single pick from the catalogue

Models with variants, specifications, photos and manuals are all in one catalogue. You add a bike from it at sale or registration, and customers see the specs, manual and a link to your e-shop in their bike passport.

When you register or transfer a bike, you pick the model from the catalogue and the brand, model, size, colour and specs fill in by themselves.

Your record links to the manufacturer's record or the Care.bike catalogue and takes over the empty fields. You set your own price and catalogue number.

Customers see the specs, photos and manual in their bike passport and get back to your e-shop with one button.

Import the catalogue from Excel or CSV and fill in models from the manufacturer's website. Records already in the Care.bike catalogue link up automatically.

Care.bike, manufacturer and your own catalogue

  • Care.bike catalogue: a shared base of models for everyone

  • Manufacturer catalogue: a brand you manage in Care.bike has its own official records

  • My catalogue: your records with your price, your own catalogue number and a link to your e-shop

  • Inheritance: empty fields are filled from the parent record. Nobody takes over your price, EAN or catalogue number

Each variant with its own EAN.

In Czech and English.

In the catalogue and in the customer's bike passport.

By EAN or the manufacturer's catalogue number.

With column matching and updates by EAN.

From a link to a product page.

For each model you see the bikes you have on record and their owners.

From the bike passport back to you.

Read and write the catalogue from your own system.

The bike catalogue is used by manufacturers, e-shops and retailers.

Do I have to fill in the catalogue by hand?

No. Import it from Excel or CSV, fill in models from the manufacturer's website, and records link up with the Care.bike or manufacturer catalogue.

Will other retailers see my prices?

No. Only you see your catalogue. Nobody takes over your price, EAN or catalogue number.

We're a manufacturer. How does our data reach retailers?

When a retailer adds or registers your bike by EAN or catalogue number, their record links to yours and takes over the photos, specs and manuals.

Can I add a bike we already have on record?

Yes. Choose Add to catalogue in the bike detail and a record is created from its details. You then pick further bikes of the same model from the catalogue.
