Do I have to add customers by hand?

No. They are added automatically at bike transfers, customer zone registration and service bookings. Import existing customers from Excel.

What is marketing consent?

Permission to send the customer offers. Care.bike collects it at registration, booking and purchases and shows for every customer whether and since when they gave it to your company.

Will I see a customer's bikes from other workshops?

Only if the customer allows sharing. Then you see their other bikes and history from other workshops, read-only.

Can I export customers?
